Some days can be quite chilly. ### Ticket offices Besides the [online ticket office](https://obidos.bol.pt), there are 2 local ticket offices where you can buy your tickets: one next to the Óbidos Tourist Office and another by the event entrance. ### Where to park There are 5 car parks near Óbidos, 3 paid and 2 free, with room for more than 4,000 vehicles. ### Tourist Office You'll find it next to the main car park, about 200 metres from the entrance to the town of Óbidos. ### Where to eat You can have lunch on site, where there are several fast-food points, and there are also plenty of restaurants around Óbidos. There are also two baby changing rooms: one in the toilets of Solar da Praça de Santa Maria (Municipal Museum) and another in the toilets at the event site. On site you'll also find a baby care room with a microwave and bottle warmer, for the little ones' every need. ### Cash Machines There are 2 cash points at the entrance to the town: at Albergaria Josefa D'Óbidos (ATM) and at CGD (Multibanco). Inside the historic centre there are 2 more: at Livraria do Mercado (ATM) and opposite the entrance to the Óbidos Municipal Museum (Multibanco), by Praça de Santa Maria in the town centre. For reasons beyond the organisers' control and given the large number of visitors during the events, we suggest you plan ahead, as withdrawals are limited. ## Frequently asked questions ### What are the sessions and how do they work? **Entry to Óbidos Vila Natal is by session. When you buy your ticket, choose the time you want to enter the venue.** Your ticket lets you in from the start of the chosen session until the start of the next one. For example, if you choose the 14h00 session, you can enter between 14h00 and 15h00. Your entry time does not change when you have to leave. If, due to force majeure, the date of the event changes, your ticket will be valid for the new date. You can get to the event by car, bus or train. If you prefer public transport, there are bus options available. The A8 (Lisbon–Leiria) and A15 (Óbidos–Santarém) motorways, as well as the IP6 (Peniche–Óbidos), make getting to Óbidos extremely easy and convenient. Óbidos is a medieval town, with narrow cobbled streets and constant changes in level, whether steps, bumps or dips. The event is entirely within the Castle walls (Cerca do Castelo): you'll need to cross the whole town to reach Óbidos Vila Natal, as the castle is at the town's highest point. There are ramps, but because of the nature of the venue they can be steep and have restricted access, which may make getting around difficult. There is an accessible toilet inside the Castle walls. There is a map of the grounds, but accessible routes are not marked on it. Visitors can see almost all of the event, but the activities are not designed for people with reduced mobility, as most are ice activities and children's rides (train, etc.). The food and shopping stalls are accessible. As mentioned at the start, the architecture and terrain of Óbidos can create some limitations and obstacles that, unfortunately, we have not yet been able to overcome. ### Is there an entrance for pushchairs? Because of its medieval structure and architecture, Óbidos has some accessibility limitations for people with “permanent and temporary” reduced mobility (wheelchairs, people with mobility impairments, pushchairs). The event is accessible and has an entrance for people with reduced mobility; however, entry to some activities is limited. ### Can I bring my pet to the event? Animals may enter as long as they comply with the law for animals in public places, in particular a lead, or a lead and muzzle for breeds considered dangerous.
